AI Trainer – Hedge Fund Analyst (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train AI models that assist finance experts. You will evaluate AI chatbot answers, measure their progress, and solve problems to improve model quality, focusing on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant answers to finance‑related questions.
• Check the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs using your education and work experience.
• Challenge models with complex, real‑world scenarios and edge cases.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to make each new AI version smarter and more reliable.
• Give AI chatbots diverse problems and evaluate their performance for correctness and reliability.

Required profile

• Bilingual‑level fluency in English.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s/PhD preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently as a contractor from home.
