AI Trainer – Director Real Estate Finance (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI Assistant models that support finance teams. You will review AI responses, test complex financial scenarios, and provide structured feedback to improve model accuracy and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI answers on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Validate the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs using your finance expertise.
• Challenge models with real‑world edge cases and complex scenarios.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to guide model enhancements.
• Generate diverse financial problems for AI and assess the quality of its responses.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s/PhD preferred but not mandatory.
