AI Senior Support Engineer

About the role

Altoros is looking for a Senior Support Engineer to join a client engagement that powers an analytics platform. The role combines full‑stack and data‑stack responsibilities and relies heavily on AI‑augmented development using Claude Code.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and extend the platform shell, including authentication, SSO integration, navigation components and multi‑tenant user management.
• Build, operate and enhance data ingestion pipelines and orchestration workflows in Dagster.
• Develop and maintain transformation logic using dbt and SQL, and work with BigQuery on GCP.
• Manage the semantic layer in Cube, defining metrics and data models.
• Customize and update embeddable analytics components, keeping the SDK current and theming consistent.
• Document architecture, DBML diagrams and operational procedures in Confluence.
• Meet outcome‑based targets from month two, including P1 issue resolution within one business day and defect reduction.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with AI‑first delivery, specifically Claude Code or comparable AI‑assisted engineering tools.
• Full‑stack development background with modern front‑end frameworks (React, TypeScript) and authentication/SSO implementation.
• Proven ability to work on multi‑tenant applications and data‑stack technologies.
