Agentic Software Engineer (Cursor) – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

FullStackFullStack is seeking an Agentic Software Engineer specialized in the Cursor development environment to join client teams on remote, project‑based assignments across Latin America. You will work side‑by‑side with designers and engineers, leveraging AI‑driven code generation to deliver production‑ready full‑stack solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate directly into client development teams and collaborate daily with designers and engineers.
• Use Cursor as the primary IDE to coordinate AI‑generated implementation across large, multi‑file codebases.
• Translate complex product requirements into AI‑friendly specifications and maintain architectural oversight.
• Iteratively improve AI‑generated output through structured feedback loops and human‑in‑the‑loop validation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support asynchronous, remote teamwork.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep understanding of full‑stack architectures (Java, Python, C#, React, Node, etc.).
• Extensive experience using Cursor for AI‑driven development.
• Proven ability to deliver production software where AI generates the majority of code.
• Strong context‑engineering skills and ability to produce reliable AI output.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and availability to work 40 hours per week.
