Agentic Product Designer - Remote - Latin America

About the role

We are looking for an Agentic Product Designer to join our talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients across Latin America. You will become an integral part of the client’s product team, collaborating daily with designers, engineers, and AI/ML specialists to create AI‑native experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate directly into client teams and collaborate with designers, engineers, product managers and researchers.
• Lead end‑to‑end product design initiatives from discovery and research through high‑fidelity prototypes and implementation.
• Design and iterate AI‑assistant powered workflows, copilots and automation systems.
• Build, scale and maintain reusable design systems and component‑based UI frameworks.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure continuous delivery of design assets.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional product, UI/UX or related design experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Proven ability to take extreme ownership and work 40 hours per week remotely.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including complex prototyping, auto‑layout, component libraries, design systems and developer handoff.
• Hands‑on experience with Cursor (Cloud Cursor) or similar AI‑assisted design environments.
• Strong understanding of agentic UX principles, AI‑native product patterns and human‑AI interaction design.
• Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, visual design and usability best practices.
• Experience collaborating cross‑functionally in Agile environments.
