Actuarial Consultant - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI Assistant models that support finance teams. You will review AI‑generated answers, test the models with complex real‑world scenarios, and provide structured feedback to improve their reasoning and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant responses on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Design and present diverse, edge‑case financial problems to test model performance.
• Evaluate AI outputs for correctness, logical consistency, and overall quality.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to guide model refinements.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Current or completed advanced degree (MBA, Master’s, PhD) preferred, but extensive real‑world finance experience is acceptable.
• Independent contractor comfortable working remotely on a flexible schedule.
