Account Executive – Consultative Sales

About the role

Scale Army is seeking an Account Executive to convert inbound interest into signed contracts for our offshore staffing and AI‑enabled services. The role is remote and open to candidates in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe who can work U.S. business hours aligned with client time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑quality discovery calls with CEOs, founders, and senior leaders of growing companies.
• Diagnose client hiring needs, recommend appropriate roles, and guide hiring strategy conversations.
• Lead the end‑to‑end sales process from first contact to signed engagement letter.
• Handle objections, create urgency, and close deals that generate revenue.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager, CEO, and senior sales leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in consultative B2B sales, preferably with SaaS or staffing solutions.
• Comfortable speaking with C‑level executives and decision‑makers.
• Strong analytical mindset to assess growth goals, team structures, and bottlenecks.
• Ability to work independently, manage a pipeline, and meet revenue targets.
