About the role
Join a dynamic call‑center team focused on commercial outreach. As a Telemarketer you will engage potential customers by phone, promote assigned products or services, and help the company meet its sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Contact potential clients by telephone.
- Present and advise on the products or services of the assigned campaigns.
- Identify commercial opportunities and work toward achieving sales objectives.
- Accurately record information for each interaction.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a call‑center, sales, or customer‑service role (preferred but not mandatory).
- Students of tertiary or university studies are welcome.
- Age between 23 and 45 years and completed secondary education.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proactive, responsible, and results‑oriented attitude.
Required skills
- Basic computer literacy.
- Excel.
