Telemarketer – Call Center Sales Representative

About the role

Join a dynamic call‑center team focused on commercial outreach. As a Telemarketer you will engage potential customers by phone, promote assigned products or services, and help the company meet its sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential clients by telephone.
• Present and advise on the products or services of the assigned campaigns.
• Identify commercial opportunities and work toward achieving sales objectives.
• Accurately record information for each interaction.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a call‑center, sales, or customer‑service role (preferred but not mandatory).
• Students of tertiary or university studies are welcome.
• Age between 23 and 45 years and completed secondary education.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive, responsible, and results‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
• Excel.
