Técnico Senior de Infraestructura

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Technician to join a well‑established technology team. The role focuses on infrastructure, networking and security administration in a stable, collaborative environment where you can apply your experience and tackle technical challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Execute technical tasks related to infrastructure, networks and security.
• Monitor availability and proper functioning of the entire infrastructure stack.
• Document activities, incidents and resolutions.
• Escalate incidents to specialized support providers when necessary.
• Collaborate on defining procedures and best practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement of infrastructure and security services.

Required profile

• Technical vocation with a mature professional attitude.
• Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Formal education in Information Technology.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar infrastructure roles.
• Solid knowledge of networking concepts.
• Experience with Linux and/or Windows system administration.
• Database administration basics.
• IT security fundamentals and web‑application security.
• Hands‑on experience with firewalls, Web Application Firewalls (WAF), SIEM solutions and FortiAnalyzer.
