CPQ Architect

About the role

As a CPQ Architect at Go Nimbly you will work with high‑growth companies to design and deliver end‑to‑end quote‑to‑cash solutions. You will collaborate with RevOps consultants, program managers, developers and analysts to create friction‑less, human‑centric buying experiences across Salesforce and complementary CPQ/billing platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops on selling motions, pricing strategies and approval policies, translating them into scalable CPQ data models.
• Design end‑to‑end Q2C architectures (Lead → Opportunity → Quote → Contract → Order → Invoice → Revenue) and advise on build‑versus‑buy decisions.
• Identify AI leverage points within quoting, approval routing and contract review, and implement generative‑AI‑enabled workflows.
• Model complex product and pricing structures (bundles, options, multi‑currency, partner pricing, usage‑based deals, renewals).
• Diagnose fragmented Q2C systems, resolve data reconciliation issues between CPQ, billing and ERP, and deliver fully integrated solutions.
• Author technical design documents, scope and estimate workstreams, and present risks and dependencies to client stakeholders.
• Partner with developers and administrators on configuration standards, code reviews, data migration and test plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and implementing quote‑to‑cash solutions on Salesforce or comparable platforms.
• Strong understanding of RevOps processes, pricing, discounting, approvals and subscription management.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience guiding cross‑functional teams through architecture decisions and delivery.
