About the role

We are looking for a Budgeting Technician to join our construction team. In this role you will actively participate in preparing and analysing cost estimates for architectural and civil engineering projects, supporting the technical and economic evaluation of proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed budgets for architecture and civil works projects.
• Perform metric calculations, study plans and technical documentation, and define project scopes.
• Analyse material, labour, equipment and subcontractor costs.
• Gather and compare price quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Assist in drafting technical‑economic proposals and evaluating cost‑optimisation alternatives.
• Collect information from construction, purchasing and other relevant departments during the budgeting process.

Required profile

• Technical or university education related to Architecture, Engineering, Construction or similar fields.
• Previous experience in budgeting, cost estimation, metric calculations or similar tasks, preferably in a construction company.
• Proficiency with CAD and Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with planning and budgeting software is valued.
• Familiarity with AI tools applied to process optimisation is a plus.
