About the role

Cipriani is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the administration and financial control of a large‑scale construction project in Punta del Este. The role is pivotal for monitoring costs, contracts and financial forecasts across all construction phases.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive cost control, including budgets, change orders, retainage, and advance payments.
• Prepare and validate contract certifications, invoices and financial projections.
• Coordinate closely with construction teams, project management and finance departments to provide strategic financial insights.
• Monitor and report on project financial performance, ensuring alignment with project milestones.
• Manage contractual documentation, change orders and retention releases.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in administration and control of large construction projects.
• Strong analytical orientation with a results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment.
