Technical Product Support Specialist I – Revenue Optimization

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Product Support Specialist I to join our global Revenue Optimization team. In this role you will help travel agencies maximize profitability by loading airline commission contracts, answering contract‑related queries and ensuring service level objectives are met.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately load airline commission contracts into the Sabre agency retail platform.
• Manage customer email requests via CRM systems, resolve contract questions and platform inquiries.
• Monitor and maintain service level objectives to guarantee timely delivery of requests.
• Participate in internal meetings to track client progress and improve operational workflows.
• Utilize automated tools and query scripts to enhance data accuracy and speed up contract processing.

Required profile

• Experience in customer support, data analysis or revenue operations within travel technology.
• Familiarity with Sabre formats such as city‑pair availability and pricing workflows is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in English with strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to use database query tools (e.g., SQL) to improve data quality.
• Experience applying analytics or automation tools to streamline manual processes is advantageous.
