Lead level Full Stack Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Lead-level Full Stack Developer to own end‑to‑end technical delivery for a key product/module. The role combines strong backend expertise with solid frontend experience and spans cloud, data, testing, and AI‑enabled workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on technical leadership across backend, frontend, cloud, data, testing, and deployment.
• Own backend architecture and development using Python and Flask, including API design and code reviews.
• Guide the team on clean architecture, service boundaries, and data‑access layer separation.
• Contribute to frontend development with React and TypeScript and collaborate with UI engineers.
• Own and troubleshoot cloud integrations and deployments within Google Cloud Platform.
• Work with databases such as Google Spanner, SQL and BigQuery for analytics and reporting.
• Establish testing practices across unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests and support CI/CD pipelines.
• Identify and address security and dependency risks, including Snyk findings and secrets management.

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional software development experience with strong full‑stack expertise.
• Proven ability to lead technically while mentoring other engineers.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for global teams.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, service boundaries, and maintainable code design.
