About the role

The Talent Partner will lead full‑lifecycle recruitment for IT and technology professionals, acting as a strategic advisor to sales, operations, and internal teams. You will shape sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, and drive placement outcomes using modern recruiting platforms and AI‑driven tools.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and stakeholders to assess job requirements, compensation models, and talent availability.
• Source, screen, interview, and place specialized technology professionals.
• Build and maintain pipelines of IT talent and manage consultant relationships throughout assignments.
• Negotiate compensation packages, hourly rates, and engagement terms.
• Maintain accurate tracking and metrics in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Prioritize requisitions based on urgency, business impact, and delivery expectations.

Required profile

• Agency‑experienced recruiter comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong candidate relationship management and stakeholder partnership skills.
• Ability to align sourcing strategies with market realities and client priorities.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on operational excellence and compliance.
