Supervisor/a de Canal de Distribuidores

About the role

ARCOR is looking for a proactive Channel Distributor Supervisor to lead and develop its network of distributors. You will work closely with commercial management to translate sales plans into actionable strategies for the territory.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the Sales Operational Plan based on commercial guidelines and local market needs.
• Guide and monitor distributors’ commercial performance, ensuring proper sales structure, service level, shelf execution, and achievement of sell‑in and sell‑out targets.
• Train distributor sales teams on product knowledge, commercial strategies, and sales guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with commercial agreements and manage investment budgets, credit notes, and expense allocations.
• Implement and track commercial actions such as layouts, combos, and channel‑specific strategies.
• Manage distributor sales force movements, zone assignments, and client onboarding/offboarding.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional offers, monitoring results.

Required profile

• Advanced student or graduate in Business Administration, Accounting, Communication, Marketing or related fields.
• Experience supervising sales teams or distributors in fast‑moving consumer goods.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the country.
• Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities.
