Strategy Consultant – AI Training & Evaluation

About the role

We are looking for experienced strategy consultants to help design and evaluate AI training environments. This remote, project‑based position focuses on translating real consulting engagements into structured tasks for advanced AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Build realistic consulting project scenarios, including industry context, financials, constraints, and incomplete information.
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, and operational diagnosis.
• Define evaluation criteria, grading frameworks, and golden‑answer solutions to train and calibrate LLM‑based assessment systems.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems into analytical plans.
• Experience building financial models, market analyses, and synthesizing findings from messy inputs.
• Track record of delivering client‑ready recommendations under time pressure and defending them under uncertainty.
