Senior Supply Development Analyst

About the role

Despegar is looking for a Senior Supply Development Analyst to join its Supply Development team in Montevideo. You will work closely with the Commercial area and cross‑functional teams to shape sourcing strategies, drive financial analysis, and implement data‑driven solutions that improve the efficiency of travel‑partner products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with the Commercial area for accommodation, rental, park and assistance products.
• Collaborate on the sourcing strategy for non‑air travel products.
• Identify opportunities, build dimensioning models and prioritize implementation plans.
• Perform financial analysis of commercial planning to create diagnostics and strategic recommendations.
• Implement automation and AI solutions to enhance sourcing processes and performance analysis.
• Define comprehensive action plans, including processes, training, tools, reports, KPIs and management models.
• Set commercial objectives for the Sourcing team and monitor related KPIs.
• Work with Sourcing, Product, Revenue Management, IT, BI, Legal, Media Sales and other teams to develop and launch commercial proposals, tools and processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or Economics.
• At least 2 years of experience in BI, commercial planning, data science, business analysis or project development.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
• Fluent English; Portuguese is a plus.
