Senior Sales Development Representative - Media

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Senior Sales Development Representative to join our Media Sales organization. The role combines outbound prospecting with data‑driven research to generate qualified opportunities and support Account Executives in closing media advertising deals.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential advertisers through calls, email, social outreach and other channels.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads, assessing fit, budget and buying readiness.
- Schedule meetings and product demos for Account Executives and senior media sales leaders.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and consistently meet activity, pipeline and meeting targets.
- Research target accounts, industries and decision‑makers to personalize outreach.
- Analyze advertiser data, past campaign performance and market trends to inform sales conversations.
- Use Excel to organize and summarize market data and create PowerPoint briefing materials for sales meetings.
- Partner with Account Executives to align research insights with sales strategy and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, marketing or other customer‑facing roles (B2B a plus).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfort with high‑volume outreach.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage time effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable sales insights.
- Coachability, curiosity and motivation to grow in a media sales career.
- Experience in travel, advertising or media sales development is a plus.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel (sorting, filtering, pivot tables, basic formulas).
- Advanced PowerPoint for creating executive‑ready sales materials.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
