About the role
Sabre is seeking a Senior Principal Sales Executive to lead a regional airline sales territory. Reporting to the Sales Leader, you will drive sustainable growth through new business, renewals, and strategic account management.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute a sales strategy that targets new and existing customers across the agency territory.
- Conduct market analysis to identify top opportunities, risks, and share‑shifting initiatives.
- Negotiate profitable contracts that maximize Sabre revenue.
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, product, delivery, and consulting teams to align activities with corporate strategy.
- Maintain accurate revenue projections and pipeline forecasts.
- Sell new solutions to achieve regional sales targets and ensure high‑level customer engagement.
- Provide detailed activity and performance reporting to leadership.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and drive global process development.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of relevant sales experience.
- Degree in a relevant field.
- Deep understanding of the travel/hospitality and enterprise software markets.
- Proven track record of closing complex negotiations.
- Ability to influence cross‑functional teams within a global matrix organization.
- Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
