Senior Product Designer – Figma & AI‑Enhanced Remote Role

About the role

FullStackFullStack is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join its talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients across Latin America. You will become an integral part of client teams, collaborating daily with designers and engineers to deliver high‑impact digital products.

Key responsibilities

• Design complex digital products from concept through delivery, ensuring visual consistency and high quality.
• Develop and maintain design systems using advanced Figma features such as Auto Layout, Components, Variables, and Prototyping.
• Integrate AI tools like Cursor into design workflows to accelerate ideation and iteration.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, wireframing, and interactive prototyping.
• Collaborate with developers for smooth handoff and ensure accessibility and responsive design standards.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and take ownership of project outcomes.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional product design experience.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centered design thinking and visual excellence.
• Proven ability to work remotely full‑time (40 hours/week) and deliver on commitments.

Required skills

• Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variables, Prototyping, Design Systems).
• AI design assistance tools, specifically Cursor.
• UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility standards.
• Responsive web and mobile‑first design.
• User research, usability testing, wireframing, and interactive prototyping.
• Agile/Scrum methodology and developer handoff processes.
