Senior People Operations Analyst

About the role

Blend, a leading AI services provider, is seeking a Senior People Operations Analyst to support day‑to‑day HR activities for a three‑month fixed‑term assignment. The role focuses on delivering accurate, employee‑centric processes across the entire employee lifecycle in a fast‑paced, distributed environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, employee changes, transfers, and off‑boarding activities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date employee records and HRIS data.
• Coordinate and continuously improve People processes, policies, and workflows.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on People‑related questions.
• Partner with Payroll, Finance, IT, and other internal teams on employee‑related requests.
• Support benefits administration and employee programs as needed.
• Identify and implement process‑optimization and automation opportunities.
• Assist with HR projects such as employee engagement, performance management, and organizational changes.
• Handle confidential employee information with professionalism.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience working with employees and stakeholders at all levels.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday or BambooHR.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
