About the role

BairesDev is looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its global HR team. The role is fully remote and focuses on sourcing, evaluating, and guiding both technical and non‑technical candidates for internal projects and client engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidate information to assess overall fit.
• Contact candidates via phone, video call, or email to confirm interest.
• Schedule internal interviews, send invitations, and keep recruitment system records up to date.
• Conduct interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, interests, commitment, logic and common sense.
• Coordinate and confirm technical interview sessions.
• Provide continuous follow‑up with candidates throughout the selection process.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar talent acquisition or recruiting role.
• Familiarity with head‑hunting in the IT sector (preferred).
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• High attention to detail.
• Flexibility and adaptability to constant changes.
• Advanced level of English.
