Senior HR Business Partner Analyst (Temporary – Maternity Cover)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner Analyst to cover a temporary maternity leave. The analyst will partner with our retail stores in Montevideo, driving HR initiatives that enhance workplace climate, talent acquisition, leadership development, and organizational culture.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, selection and hiring processes for stores, ensuring staffing targets are met.
• Implement climate, culture and internal communication initiatives across operations.
• Design and execute action plans to strengthen leadership of operational teams and managerial staff.
• Manage disciplinary processes and liaise with support areas for employee issues.
• Monitor HR indicators such as turnover, staffing levels and labor costs, proposing improvements based on data.
• Deploy on‑site actions that boost employee commitment, teamwork and compliance with standards.

Required profile

• University degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in HR or similar roles.
• Experience in operations, retail or service industries.
• Advanced proficiency with Office tools (mandatory).
• Knowledge of people‑management KPIs and HR processes.
• Willingness to work on‑site and visit stores regularly.
