Senior Consultant – Freelance AI Project (MBB & Top‑Tier Firms)

About the role

We are looking for experienced strategy consultants from leading MBB and top‑tier firms to help design realistic consulting scenarios for advanced AI systems. This remote, project‑based role focuses on translating real‑world consulting engagements into structured learning environments that train generative models to reason like senior consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed, industry‑specific project scenarios that reflect real engagement dynamics, including financials, constraints, and incomplete information.
• Design discrete consulting tasks (e.g., market sizing, cost optimization, growth strategy) that AI agents will tackle.
• Develop grading frameworks, evaluation rubrics, and golden‑answer solutions to assess AI outputs at scale.
• Collaborate with the AI and data‑generation team to ensure scenarios are technically feasible and aligned with model capabilities.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, build financial models, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort working independently in a remote, freelance setting.

Required skills

• Experience designing consulting deliverables and evaluation criteria.
