Senior Business Development Manager – Lodging, Ground & Sea

About the role

Sabre is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to lead growth of its Lodging, Ground & Sea solutions across North and Latin America. You will partner with travel distributors, align technology with their strategies, and drive adoption of innovative travel retail products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial growth strategies for lodging, rail, car and ancillary solutions in the Americas.
• Collaborate with agency sales teams to create account‑level plans that meet regional revenue targets.
• Conduct strategic business reviews with senior travel retail executives to maximize portfolio consumption.
• Act as the customer advocate within Sabre, shaping product requirements and value propositions.
• Leverage generative AI and analytics automation to enhance market analysis, forecasting and customer reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in technical sales, solution consulting or sales enablement within travel technology, lodging revenue management or travel distribution.
• Proven track record of building executive relationships and delivering measurable revenue growth.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong commercial judgment and deep understanding of the travel ecosystem.
