Retail Manager – Construction & Retail Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Retail Manager to lead daily operations for a well‑established construction and retail business in the Caribbean. The successful candidate will drive sales, manage finances, and inspire a team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee front‑counter sales, process orders and collect payments.
• Perform daily cash balancing, deposits and financial reporting.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Set and achieve sales targets while monitoring performance.
• Lead, coach and develop store staff.
• Organise store layout and maintain a tidy environment.
• Provide customer service and support marketing initiatives.
• Identify and implement process improvements.

Required profile

• Self‑driven individual with a technical education or equivalent experience.
• Proven sales experience in a retail or similar environment.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Willingness to relocate to the Caribbean.
• Patient, persistent, calm and open‑minded.
