About the role
The Reservation Agent is the first point of contact for guests and travel agents calling in to book stays at Aven Hospitality’s portfolio of internationally distinguished hotels. The role focuses on delivering a great customer experience from the initial phone call.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from guests and travel agents and assist with vacation needs.
- Provide recommendations and confirm reservations for hotels.
- Answer inquiries about resort amenities, services, and policies.
- Handle special requests such as dinner reservations, airport transfers, and city tours.
Required profile
- 1+ years of related experience preferred.
- Ability to work Saturday and/or Sunday (higher pay for afternoon shifts).
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service and strong English speaking and writing skills.
