Remote Project Manager (Tech Projects)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Remote Project Manager to lead technology projects for a portfolio of global clients. You will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and report on project progress, providing guidance to team members.
• Coordinate processes, maintain quality standards, and track performance metrics.
• Manage project budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
• Facilitate clear communication among teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Identify growth opportunities and support technology implementation initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management or a related field.
• Understanding of project management methodologies and Agile practices.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
