Remote English‑Spanish Medical Interpreter (Full‑time)

About the role

Kreato Language Group LLC is seeking an experienced English‑Spanish medical interpreter to join its remote team. The position is full‑time and involves both Over‑the‑Phone Interpretation (OPI) and Video Remote Interpretation (VRI) in a blended environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate consecutive interpretation over phone and video between English and Spanish.
• Support communication in medical, social services, customer service, and financial contexts.
• Facilitate clear understanding between healthcare providers and patients to ensure quality care.

Required profile

• Proven experience interpreting medical, customer service, social services, and financial calls.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Remote interpretation experience in both languages.
• Relevant certification in medical interpretation or a related field.
• HIPAA compliance and excellent listening skills.
