Remote Customer Service Representative

About the role

Join our dynamic team as a Remote Customer Service Representative. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, promoting services and ensuring a high level of satisfaction—all from the comfort of your home.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for clients across multiple communication channels.
• Manage inquiries related to insurance sales, benefits administration, and general account questions.
• Conduct outbound telemarketing to promote services and uncover new sales opportunities.
• Negotiate terms and solutions while adhering to company policies.
• Support sales administration by processing documentation, updating records and tracking interactions.
• Analyze client data to identify trends and recommend tailored solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales or telemarketing with a focus on customer interaction.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities; bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Familiarity with sales administration processes and ability to interpret client data.
• Knowledge of insurance sales or benefits administration is highly desirable.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive information.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying productive and organized.
