About the role
Join a leading strategic partner in the aviation and culinary sector, dedicated to delivering high‑quality food experiences across the Caribbean and Latin America. As a Quality Associate you will ensure food safety and quality standards (HACCP) are consistently applied throughout the operation.
Key responsibilities
- Daily monitoring of temperature, hygiene and sanitation levels.
- Management and follow‑up of the HACCP system.
- Conduct internal audits and supplier audits.
- Handle non‑conformities and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training for teams and new hires.
Required profile
- Degree in Food Engineering or Nutrition, preferably with a focus on Food Safety.
- Experience working in industrial environments under pressure.
- Strong leadership and negotiation abilities.
Required skills
- HACCP implementation and monitoring.
- Food safety auditing.
- Temperature control and monitoring.
