Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our growing team in Montevideo. The role combines client interaction, requirement gathering, and coordination with our development team to ensure successful delivery of projects. This position offers a hybrid work model and a full‑time schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing support and updates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collect and analyse client requirements, translating them into actionable tasks for the development team.
• Present and demonstrate product features to clients, ensuring expectations are met.
• Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables using agile methodologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field such as customer service or sales.
• Proven experience managing client relationships and delivering projects.
• Previous experience as a Project Manager with a solid understanding of agile practices.
• Certification or experience as a Scrum Master is preferred.
• Advanced bilingual English proficiency (mandatory) and availability to work Monday‑Friday.
• Residency in Montevideo.
