Personal Finance Coach (Remote, Uruguay)

About the role

Financial Finesse is seeking an experienced Personal Finance Coach to lead the expansion of its unbiased financial‑wellness programs in Uruguay. Working remotely, you will adapt and create content, develop new products, and deliver education to individuals and groups, helping them achieve lasting financial independence.

Key responsibilities

• Localize existing financial‑coaching content for the Uruguayan market and create new material to fill identified gaps.
• Design and launch innovative products, services, and curricula, leveraging technology to enhance delivery.
• Research trends, analyze data, and author articles or reports on personal‑finance topics.
• Facilitate workshops, webinars, and one‑on‑one sessions to improve clients’ financial habits.
• Contribute strategically to building the Uruguay team and business, using personal expertise and leadership.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of financial planning for Uruguay, covering money management, debt, investing, retirement, taxes, and estate planning.
• Minimum 10 years of industry experience and a CFP or CFA certification.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong coaching mindset with active listening, empathy, and adaptability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including public speaking.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑changing entrepreneurial environment.
