Partner Relationship Manager - Colombia

About the role

As a Partner Relationship Manager you will drive business growth by acquiring, onboarding and nurturing high-potential and high-value partners for Exness, a leading trading broker. You will build long-term profitable relationships, maximise partner performance and ensure high satisfaction and revenue contribution.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target new external partners, pitch partnership models and negotiate agreements aligned with company objectives.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of potential partners, develop proposals and manage partner registrations, IB applications and onboarding.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on acquisition campaigns and monitor industry trends.
• Serve as primary contact for high-value partners, provide day-to-day support, resolve issues and implement churn-prevention strategies.
• Track partner performance, key metrics and prepare periodic reports on risks and growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• Investment licence or financial certifications (highly regarded).
• Minimum 3 years experience in a customer-facing role such as business development, sales or account management.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, trading and investing.
• Solid understanding of technical and fundamental analysis.
