Operations Manager – LATAM

About the role

Deel is looking for an Operations Manager to own the operational outcome for its most strategic enterprise customers in Latin America, ensuring successful launches and efficient ongoing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own onboarding and operational delivery for a portfolio of enterprise customers.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, Payroll, Legal and Support to resolve operational challenges.
• Identify bottlenecks, improve processes and implement scalable solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and ensure a high‑quality operational experience.
• Analyze operational data to spot trends, risks and improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of professional experience.
• Strong analytical ability and a demonstrated track record of learning quickly.
• Technical or quantitative degree (Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Economics, or related).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Highly organized, execution‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
