Mobile Application Engineer (React Native & Swift)

About the role

EWTN is looking for a Mobile Application Engineer to design, build, and maintain high‑quality Android and iOS apps using React Native. The role combines cross‑platform development with native iOS (Swift/Objective‑C) and Android (Kotlin/Java) work, and requires close collaboration with product, UX/UI, and other engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain iOS and Android applications with React Native.
• Implement native features in Swift/Objective‑C and Kotlin/Java when needed for performance or platform‑specific functionality.
• Write clean, testable code and integrate RESTful APIs, third‑party SDKs, and mobile services.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or Jenkins.
• Participate in code reviews, testing strategies, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and IT to ensure reliability, accessibility, and security.
• Gather user feedback, monitor analytics, and address bugs and performance issues.
• Stay up‑to‑date with React Native, iOS, and Android platform updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years of professional mobile application development experience.
• Strong proficiency in React Native for cross‑platform development.
• Experience with native iOS development using Swift or Objective‑C (preferred).
• Experience with native Android development using Kotlin or Java (preferred).
