Marketing Project Manager

About the role

WillowWillow is a telehealth company focused on personalized cosmetic weight‑loss care. We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to lead the intake, planning and execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring cross‑functional alignment and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the entry point for all marketing projects, building briefs, identifying stakeholders and managing timelines, dependencies and deliverables across teams.
• Own and design the project‑management systems (ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana), including workflows, automations, intake forms, dashboards and reporting.
• Lead the integration of AI agents and automation into marketing operations, spotting opportunities, coordinating implementation and driving adoption.
• Maintain visibility of incoming marketing requests, scope them appropriately and flag capacity conflicts early.
• Act as central liaison between marketing functions and other departments, ensuring alignment and preventing gaps.
• Build scalable operational infrastructure, documentation and processes to improve accountability and execution speed.
• Own launch timelines and deliverables for product and go‑to‑market initiatives, coordinating Creative, Lifecycle, Ecommerce, Paid Media and other teams.
• Surface and communicate relevant marketing data to support faster, informed decisions.

Required profile

• 3‑6+ years of experience in marketing project management, marketing operations or integrated marketing.
• Background in fast‑paced startup or high‑growth environments.
• Proven ability to take cross‑functional projects from concept through execution.
• Experience managing complex marketing initiatives with multiple stakeholders, timelines and dependencies.

Required skills

• Advanced expertise in at least one major project‑management platform (ClickUp, Monday.com or Asana).
• Experience architecting workflows, automations, templates, intake processes and reporting dashboards.
• Strong familiarity with AI tools, AI‑enabled workflows and automation platforms.
• Ability to facilitate rollout and adoption of new systems, tools and processes across teams.
