About the role
The Lead Commercial Operations Analyst will own the end‑to‑end administration of the Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) and drive complex commercial analytics for Aven Hospitality. Reporting to senior commercial leadership, you will act as a trusted partner to finance, HR and sales teams, delivering accurate incentive calculations and executive‑ready insights in a high‑visibility environment.
Key responsibilities
- Administer all aspects of the Sales Incentive Plan, including calculation, validation, payout timing and documentation.
- Maintain and govern incentive policy rules, rate tables, accelerators, caps and related logic.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for incentive disputes, exceptions and audit inquiries.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, Deal Desk and Sales leadership to align incentive structures with business objectives.
- Perform advanced commercial analytics, model multi‑variable scenarios and translate findings into clear executive narratives.
- Establish and uphold operational rigor and analytical credibility across the Commercial Operations function.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing sales incentive plans and delivering commercial analytics.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Excellent judgment, independence and comfort handling scrutiny of incentive outcomes.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments and deliver results with minimal direction.
