Kitchen Supervisor – Libertad Unit

About the role

We are looking for a Kitchen Supervisor to lead the industrial kitchen of the Libertad unit in San José. The position works the afternoon shift (14:00‑22:00) and is part of GCG’s extensive catering operations serving airlines and airports across the Caribbean and Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily kitchen activities, ensuring food preparation meets quality and safety standards.
• Manage kitchen staff schedules, training, and performance during the 14‑22 shift.
• Coordinate with the Sky Dining and Airport Dining teams to align production with customer demand.
• Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies, controlling waste and cost.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene regulations and GCG’s internal discipline and focus standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an industrial or large‑scale kitchen environment.
• Strong leadership abilities and capacity to work in a diverse, multicultural team.
• Commitment to high standards of quality, safety, and customer focus.
