About the role

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our cold kitchen team in Montevideo. The position works the 14:00‑22:00 shift, including weekends, and supports our airline and airport catering operations.

Key responsibilities

Prepare a variety of cold dishes such as sandwiches, salads, empanadas and other ready‑to‑eat items.
Ensure all products meet the company’s hygiene standards and temperature‑control records.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and comply with safety regulations.

Required profile

Previous experience in a cold‑kitchen environment (preferred but not mandatory).
Availability to work the 14:00‑22:00 shift, including weekends.
Motivation to learn and work in a dynamic, multicultural team.

Required skills

Knowledge of food hygiene and temperature monitoring procedures.
