Junior IT Engineer – HelpDesk & Access Management

About the role

Arionkoder is seeking a Junior IT Engineer to join its Internal IT team. You will support day‑to‑day HelpDesk operations, manage equipment lifecycles and handle access administration while learning cloud and platform administration under senior guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Process user access requests in Okta, Google Workspace and SaaS tools (Jira, Slack, HiBob, Runn, Miro, KnowBe4, Greenhouse, Confluence, Drata, Carmelo) following RBAC principles.
• Execute onboarding and offboarding changes within SLA windows, escalating security‑relevant cases immediately.
• Maintain timestamped records of provisioning actions for SOC 2 and ISO 27001 audit trails.
• Procure, configure and enroll new equipment via MDM, verify security baselines, and manage collection, remote wipe and inventory updates for offboarding.
• Assist with secure decommissioning and data sanitisation of retired devices.
• Support routine access requests for AWS, Google Cloud and AI/LLM provider accounts (Anthropic, OpenAI) under supervision.
• Monitor API key hygiene, rotate keys and flag anomalous usage for review.
• Help prepare monthly consumption reports for cloud and AI services and monitor spend against budget thresholds.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in IT support, help‑desk or systems administration (internships considered).
• Basic understanding of identity and access management concepts such as SSO, RBAC and MFA.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability and ability to work against defined SLAs.
• Clear written communication and precise execution of documented procedures.
