Jefe/a de Operaciones Logísticas

About the role

We are looking for a senior Operations Leader to manage the end‑to‑end logistics of a fast‑growing consumer goods importer. The role will oversee storage, distribution and inventory while playing a strategic part in designing and launching a new logistics centre.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all warehouse, distribution and inventory functions, ensuring a seamless supply chain.
• Develop and execute operational plans that match business growth targets.
• Build, coach and motivate the Deposit and Distribution Logistics teams.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, on‑time deliveries and service level commitments.
• Define, monitor and act on KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with logistics service providers and collaborate across internal departments.
• Participate in the design, layout, technology selection and operational set‑up of the new logistics centre.

Required profile

• University degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory or coordination role within logistics, preferably in FMCG or retail.
• Strong results orientation, leadership capability and process‑optimization focus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (pivot tables).
• Experience with ERP, WMS and TMS systems.
• Data analysis and KPI reporting.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
