Hiring Journey Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev® is seeking a Hiring Journey Analyst to ensure a smooth, fast, and engaging recruitment experience for candidates worldwide. Working remotely, you will act as the primary liaison between candidates and the company, guiding applicants through each step of the hiring process for both technical and non‑technical positions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain continuous communication with candidates, providing updates and preparing them for interviews and assessments.
• Record and manage applicant data, including resumes, test results, and interview feedback.
• Evaluate candidates’ knowledge, skills, and soft‑skill fit against job requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules, coding challenges, and other assessments, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Deliver detailed candidate summaries to the staffing team to facilitate optimal resource allocation.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of candidate information.
• Proven ability to build rapport and maintain candidate engagement throughout the hiring cycle.
