Healthcare Data Research & Validation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented freelancer to ensure the accuracy and quality of our healthcare data. The role is fully remote and requires around 40 hours per week, aligned with Central European Time business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct web‑based research to gather and verify information about hospitals, clinics, and doctors’ offices.
• Validate and update existing healthcare records using online sources and outbound phone calls.
• Maintain high data quality by following defined KPIs for accuracy and task completion.
• Document verification steps and provide clear feedback to the project team.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Personal computer or laptop with a stable internet connection (≥10 Mbps).
• Strong research and data verification abilities with high attention to detail.
• Availability during CET business hours (Monday‑Friday, approx. 9 am‑5 pm) and capacity to work ~40 hours weekly.
• Motivation to follow detailed guidelines and deliver quality work.
