Head of Equity Research - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI chat‑bot models that assist finance experts. You will review AI responses, test complex financial scenarios, and provide structured feedback to improve model accuracy and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant answers on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Validate the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs using your finance expertise.
• Challenge models with real‑world edge cases to identify strengths and gaps.
• Deliver clear, structured feedback to guide each model iteration.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• Advanced degree (MBA or higher) or equivalent professional experience; Master’s/PhD preferred but not required.
