Gerente de Ventas – Clientes VIP

About the role

Fiserv is seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to lead the VIP and strategic client portfolio. The role acts as a trusted advisor to top‑level stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service while promoting Fiserv’s suite of fintech and payment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of VIP and strategic customers, serving as the primary commercial contact.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies to increase revenue, profitability, and client retention.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with executive decision‑makers and key influencers within client organizations.
• Identify and pursue upselling, cross‑selling, and new‑business opportunities aligned with client needs.
• Lead commercial negotiations, contract renewals, and business reviews.
• Coordinate internally with Operations, Product, Technology, Customer Service and other stakeholders to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Proactively anticipate client needs, address concerns, and provide consultative solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to uncover growth opportunities.
• Prepare and present executive‑level business reviews, performance reports, and strategic proposals.
• Achieve revenue, growth, and retention targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in sales, account management, business development or strategic relationship management.
• Proven track record managing key accounts, strategic or VIP clients.
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Ability to establish credibility and maintain relationships with executive‑level stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
