Service Operations Analyst

Required profile

• Experience in contract administration, commercial or revenue operations, and financial systems such as SAP or Workday
• Understanding of airline distribution and travel‑tech infrastructure (e.g., NDC, EDIFACT, LGM, GDS, Radixx)
• Tech‑forward mindset with enthusiasm for AI tools, process automation and RPA workflows
• Strong cross‑functional communication and collaborative problem‑solving abilities
