About the role

The Commercial Manager will lead the company’s sales, marketing and communication strategy, ensuring growth targets are met and new business opportunities are created. Reporting to the General Director, this senior leader will oversee a multidisciplinary team and drive a results‑oriented commercial culture.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the commercial strategy and annual sales plan, setting objectives by client, segment and market.
• Lead, develop and mentor the sales, marketing & communication, and sales‑excellence teams, fostering high performance and accountability.
• Monitor pipeline, forecast, commercial KPIs and budget, taking corrective actions when needed.
• Strengthen relationships with existing clients and expand the portfolio through consultative selling.
• Identify and pursue new markets and regional expansion opportunities.
• Ensure consistent application of consultative sales methodology across the team.
• Oversee marketing, demand generation, brand positioning and commercial content creation.
• Promote effective use of CRM and analytical tools to improve decision‑making.
• Analyze market trends, competition and opportunities to inform business strategy.

Required profile

• Complete university degree.
• Proven experience in commercial leadership roles with responsibility for sales targets and team management.
• Background in software or technology companies, preferably with consultative sales experience.
• Expertise in commercial planning, pipeline management, forecasting, budgeting and KPI tracking.
• Ability to develop and coach high‑performing sales teams.
• Interest or experience with AI and automation tools applied to commercial processes.
